About Us

Established in 2003 Wardell Associates specialises in risk management and safeguarding practice for multi agency professionals. The directors, Lyla Ward and Helen Elliott each have over 25 years experience as practitioners and managers in Probation, Youth Justice and Social Care and have contributed to National and London wide developments in Public Protection and Safeguarding.

We have a proven track record of delivering high quality and accessible training and consultancy to Criminal Justice and Safeguarding partnerships. Together with our select group of associates we are able to offer a range of innovative, enjoyable and relevant learning events that are linked with current performance requirements and best practice.

We are keen to make a difference. Our training events include participant action planning and we aim to provide a training report within 1 working day of each event so that managers have a clear idea of the issues and learning or action points. Our services are linked with increased staff motivation and with improvements in performance.
